Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms, though a bit congested, were warm and perfect for our work needs. The staff provided helpful service and were well-trained. The location was excellent for my business meeting, despite being a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was mixed, with some cold food, but the home-grown organic fruits were a nice touch.
The hotel felt like a throwback to an 80s B&B in the UK with small, dated rooms, but it did offer good service and a very convenient location for day trips outside Milan. Dining was overpriced and not very appealing, but the hotel was generally okay for visits to local companies.
The hotel has a rather quiet atmosphere, with dated rooms that don't feel very clean. On the bright side, the breakfast experience was marvelous. Booking in at 11.30 pm saved a nightmare day, but the service lacked attentiveness and friendliness. The location may be perfect for day trips outside, but it's far from the metro and lacks nearby attractions. Dining is overpriced, and the food could be warmer. Some positive highlights are the quiet ambiance and the marvelous breakfast, but the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and poor service are notable downsides.
The hotel is a bit inside and perfect for day trips outside Milan. The area around it is not lively at night but offers a few shops. The rooms require upgrading to a higher standard, and the lack of a security lock is a downside. The breakfast was marvelous, offering a mix of French, Italian, and American cuisine.
